Thank you for shopping with Glamshark! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–2] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM] on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

During peak seasons, major sale events (e.g., 11.11, 12.12), or typhoons, processing may take an additional [1–2] business days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there are significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship nationwide across the Philippines using our courier partners.

📌 Note on Weather Delays: Deliveries to provincial and island regions may occasionally experience delays due to local weather conditions, ferry cancellations, or airline disruptions.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, subject to the following conditions:

Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to pay the exact amount to the rider.

Couriers will attempt delivery up to [2 or 3] times. If an order is uncollected or rejected after these attempts, it will be returned to us, and your account may be restricted from using COD on future orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation via [email and/or SMS] containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly via the courier's official website using the link provided.
5. Correct Address & Contact Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Couriers in the Philippines require a valid mobile number to call or text you prior to delivery.

Required details include: House/Building Number, Street, Barangay, City/Municipality, and Province.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos or a quick unboxing video immediately and contact our customer support team at chief@glamsharkuniverse.com or +63 9167385770 within 48 hours of delivery. We will work swiftly with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
